Hero

She looked down, into the reflective frame camera lens of her phone, and rummaged between different styles of filters before deciding on the cute flower-halo one that made her eyes glisten. It was completely unnecessary, as her eyes naturally possessed a radiant feature which was stunning and rare. She lightly separated her sealed lips, but snapped the picture before her grin could stretch the full distance of her face. With her calmly curled hair caressing the side of her neck, the complete sex appeal was undeniable.

She captioned the post, “sometimes we have to be our own hero.”

What she didn’t realize, was that she already was someone else’s hero.
